Two-arrested and one person seriously injured following violent incident in Turner apartment

Two people are in custody and another person remains outstanding following an alleged violent incident at an apartment in Turner this morning.

At about 9:45am this morning, police responded to reports of a disturbance involving weapons at an apartment complex on Macarthur Avenue in Turner.

A male resident of the complex was treated at the scene by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics and taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

An ACT Policing spokesperson said that Police have arrested two men and one man remains outstanding.

An investigation into the incident is being conducted by ACT Criminal Investigations.
