A person has been seriously injured following a paragliding fall North of the ACT this afternoon.

At about 2.30pm ACT and NSW Emergency Services responded to reports of a paragliding incident on Nanima Road, Springrange.

ACT and NSW Ambulance Service paramedics attended the scene with the assistance of the Toll Rescue Helicopter.

The person was treated on scene with several serious injuries and was airlifted to the Canberra Hospital.
