Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital following crash on the Barton Highway

A man has been airlifted to hospital following a motorcycle crash in Murrumbateman.
At about 10.30am, NSW Emergency Services responded to that a motorcycle rider had come of his bike on the Barton Highway near Mcintosh Circuit.
A NSW Police spokesperson said, The rider - a 27-year-old man was treated by NSW Ambulance Service paramedics and airlifted to The Canberra Hospital with serious injuries.
The Barton Highway was closed for just over an hour while emergency services were in attendance.
NSW Police are investigating the cause of the crash
